Why Home Staging Pays $$ : Part II

Plume is always gathering data on the benefits of home staging.  Many resources are saying the same thing:  Home Staging is a great investment.  Here is another report from HomeGain’s 2011 Report:

Home Staging is a great investment, providing one of the highest returns (nearly 300%).  The bottom line is that staged home sell 73% faster than non-staged homes.  With less time on the market, consider that the cost of home staging is significantly less than the amount of your first price reduction should your home not sell quickly!

Plume Home Staging prepares your home to look its best before the first buyer walks through the door, allowing you to take full advantage of the initial burst of interest that occurs when your home is first listed.
